Summary
The project is based on knowledge of herbs. Their cultivation, importance for the human organism, use in gastronomy. Pupils will learn to recognize and grow herbs to use in the kitchen. Experiences, recipes and other information materials will be exchanged with a partner school in Europe.
Özet
Proje, bitkilerin bilgisine dayanmaktadır. Yetiştiriciliği, insan organizması için önemi, gastronomide kullanımı. Öğrenciler mutfakta kullanmak için bitkileri tanımayı ve yetiştirmeyi öğreneceklerdir. Deneyimler, tarifler ve diğer bilgi materyalleri Avrupa’daki ortak bir okulla paylaşılacaktır.
