Summary

This is an e-Twinning project named “ English Language Wagon to Innovation Station” where ten teachers from Turkey, three teachers from Romania, two teachers from Georgia and 100 students aged 13-17 meet. It will be carried out between January 2023 and March 2023. It is an international project and offers a lot of opportunies to the students to understand and analyse the changes in the development of the learning English. Thanks to this project all the teachers and the students make friends and work with their collagues and peers from different cities. Besides that, the students will have an idea about the development of English as a foreign language and they have an opportunity to make brainstorming about how the language will be from an innovative point of view in the future. Both the teachers and the students as the members of the project will develop 21th century skills. During this project, the teachers and the students will create colloborative and make joint products by grasping the project based learning logic and the students will have the chance to practice in a foreign language we teach as English teachers.

Özet

Bu proje, Türkiye’den on öğretmenin, Romanya’dan üç öğretmenin, Gürcistan’dan iki öğretmenin ve 100-13 yaş arası 17 öğrencinin buluştuğu “English Language Wagon to Innovation Station” adlı bir e-Twinning projesidir. Ocak 2023 ile Mart 2023 tarihleri arasında gerçekleştirilecektir. Bu uluslararası bir projedir ve öğrencilere İngilizce öğrenmenin gelişimindeki değişiklikleri anlamak ve analiz etmek için birçok fırsat sunmaktadır. Bu proje sayesinde tüm öğretmenler ve öğrenciler farklı şehirlerden gelen meslektaşları ve akranlarıyla arkadaş oluyor ve çalışıyor. Bunun yanı sıra öğrenciler İngilizcenin yabancı dil olarak gelişimi hakkında fikir sahibi olacaklar ve dilin gelecekte yenilikçi bir bakış açısıyla nasıl olacağı konusunda beyin fırtınası yapma fırsatı bulacaklardır. Projenin üyeleri olarak hem öğretmenler hem de öğrenciler 21. yüzyıl becerilerini geliştireceklerdir. Bu proje süresince öğretmenler ve öğrenciler, proje bazlı öğrenme mantığını kavrayarak ortak çalışma ve ortak ürünler oluşturacak ve öğrenciler İngilizce öğretmenleri olarak öğrettiğimiz bir yabancı dilde pratik yapma şansına sahip olacaklardır.
